Well I was out looking at some property by a creek yesterday and saw the first Canada Goose of 2010. That is 3 weeks early. I spoke with some hunters in California and they have been seeing the geese and sandhill cranes migrating north. We are getting ready and looking forward to this fall! I have put out a bunch of duck nests this winter and hope for full occupancy this spring.
We also offer some of the best coyote hunting in North America. It is very common to setup for calling coyotes and have more than one coyote come to the call. We use mouth calls, electric calls and are both very effective. Most of our sets only last 5-10 minutes with a coyote responding to the call. Here is a picture of one day out last fall.
